To support our country's social development by protecting and strengthening families, reducing the risks they face, preserving an active and dynamic population structure, strengthening the institutions of family and marriage, and thereby increasing social welfare, under the auspices of the Presidency and in coordination with our Ministry, The “Vision Document and Action Plan for the Protection and Strengthening of the Family (2024-2028)”, which includes strategies, objectives, and activities aimed at protecting and strengthening the institutions of family and marriage, has been developed and implemented. 

Within the scope of the Action Plan, the importance of the family has been emphasized, unity and solidarity within the family has been protected, and the family has been supported as a whole against existing risks. To this end, our President has declared 2025 as the Year of the Family. Throughout the Year of the Family, activities will be organized to raise awareness, provide economic benefits for the protection and strengthening of the family, and contribute to the socio-cultural development of families. In this context, in order to raise awareness of the Year of the Family, our Ministry, in cooperation with Anadolu Agency, will organize the “Our Family, Our Future Photo Contest.”
