Internal Stakeholders
Our students, academic staff and administrative staff, who constitute the internal stakeholders of our program, are highly important, powerful and effective, and have high priority.
Our students are involved in the education-training process through various mechanisms. In this context, our students;
•They can evaluate the courses, faculty members, course learning outcomes, ECTS workload and program outcomes before the final exams in the fall and spring semesters,
•They can participate in student satisfaction surveys conducted at the end of the academic year,
•They participate in focus group meetings with current students to evaluate the catalog and course syllabus,
•Interviews are held with our foreign students.
Our academic staff and administrative staff can come together in Academic Board Meetings and Beginning of Term Consultation meetings and participate in the processes.
We also have academic staff satisfaction surveys and administrative staff satisfaction surveys conducted at the end of the year.

We interview graduate students and include them in our processes. We also have a graduate survey that we use to measure our program educational objectives. As a result of the feedback received, improvements are made to close the PUKO loop. Click for Improvements
