Establishment
The Court Office Services Program, which is located within the Kayseri University School of Social Sciences, was opened upon the decision of the Higher Education General Assembly dated 23.11.2023 regarding the transformation of the “Justice” and “Law Office Management and Secretariat” programs of the Council of Higher Education. The program continues its preparations to accept its first students as of the 2024-2025 academic year.

Program Profile
The establishment purpose of our program has been determined as the training of qualified intermediate human resources needed by lawyers, especially in various units and courthouses in the central organization of the Ministry of Justice, as well as in the private sector. The Court Office Services program covers a two-year education period. The program offers basic law courses, office management courses, and auxiliary courses that aim to provide students with the qualifications that will meet the need for intermediate staff so that they can more easily find a place for themselves in institutions, organizations, and the private sector where they have the opportunity to work after graduation.
Employment Profiles of Graduates
Graduates of the Court Office Services Program can be employed in a wide range of fields such as clerks, court clerks, bailiffs, administrative personnel, enforcement managers, enforcement officers in courthouses within the Ministry of Justice; administrative personnel at various levels in prisons and detention houses; administrative personnel in the central and provincial organizations of the Ministry of Justice, notary clerks, lawyer clerks, enforcement officers; and legal receivables tracking officers in law-related units of banks and insurance companies and other financial institutions.
Transition to Advanced Degree Programs
Those who successfully complete the Court Office Services Program can complete their undergraduate education by vertically transferring to undergraduate programs deemed appropriate by the Council of Higher Education with the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS).
