Program Profile
Factors such as technological developments in the health services sector in recent years, increased communication and transportation opportunities, and ease of access to information have rapidly changed expectations from health services. Both the changing expectations of patients and the need to manage health institutions with a contemporary management approach require high-quality human resources to work in health institutions. On the other hand, the rapid increase in the number of health institutions belonging to both the public and private sectors necessitates an increase in the quantity of human resources to work in these institutions. In this direction, the health institutions management program trains qualified intermediate staff needed in the health sector. The Health Institutions Management Program, opened within the Kayseri University School of Social Sciences, has started education by accepting its first students with a quota capacity of 40 students determined by the Higher Education Institution as of the 2019-2020 Academic Year.
